Vertical Identity Affiliate Program — Terms of Service

By joining the Vertical Identity Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms.

1. How you earn. You earn a flat, one-time commission each time a new U.S. motor carrier you refer enrolls in an eligible Vertical Identity program through your unique referral link. The current commission amount for each eligible program is shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are one-time (first enrollment only) and do not apply to renewals. Individual one-off drug or alcohol tests are not commissionable.

2. Tracking. Referrals are tracked by cookie from the referred visitor's last click on your link; the current tracking window is shown in your dashboard. If a carrier enrolls within that window, the referral is credited to the most recent referring affiliate.

3. Approval & payout. Commissions are held pending after enrollment to account for cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. After the holding period, eligible commissions are approved and paid via your selected payout method. Commissions on enrollments that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or found fraudulent will not be paid or will be reversed.

4. Eligible referrals. Only new customers count. You may not refer yourself, your own company, existing Vertical Identity customers, or use multiple accounts to claim your own enrollments. Self-referrals and fake sign-ups are not eligible and may result in removal from the Program.

5. How you may promote. You agree to promote Vertical Identity honestly and lawfully. You will NOT: send spam (email, SMS, or otherwise); bid on Vertical Identity brand terms in paid search; impersonate Vertical Identity; make false or misleading claims about our services or pricing; or use coupon/deal sites to misappropriate referrals. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by the FTC and applicable law.

6. Approval & termination. Vertical Identity approves affiliates at its discretion and may decline or remove any affiliate at any time. Either party may end this relationship at any time. Unpaid commissions earned in good faith before termination remain payable, subject to these terms.

7. Changes. We may update the Program terms, commission amount, or structure with notice. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
